Selling our Home

So, a while ago I cam to the decision to put our property on the market as I’m wanting to get a slightly bigger place, but the main reason is that I want a garden. We love where we live, but it’s a first floor flat, and although we have communal gardens, I can’t just let Charlie go outside on his own. I want somewhere where I can just open the door and know he’ll be safe playing and I can still see him without having to worry.

The area we live in is a really nice area, close enough to civilisation of towns, but also close enough to the lovely Herts / Essex countryside. We are also right on the river too, so have beautiful views.

We are within good travelling distance of three mainline train stations to London Liverpool Street – we are on the Stansted Express route, so good access to the airport also (can drive there too – 20 minutes on a clear day). We are close to the small town of Sawbridgeworth and a slightly bigger one of Bishop Stortford – both just over the border in Hertfordshire and to the West in Essex the town of Harlow. We have good access to the M11 and on a good day get to the city centre of Cambridge in a little under 45 mins by car.

To find out more and to speak to my agent, you can head over to their website Douglas Allen. You’ll also find the listing on the Prime Location, Zoopla and RightMove sites.
